The Arrábida region, with its Mediterranean climate and diverse landscapes – including beaches, bays, cliffs and rocky areas – offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities all year round. Promoting sport, especially cycling.
The region has the Arrábida Cycle Route Guide, which presents 13 routes with different levels of difficulty, spread across Palmela, Sesimbra and Setúbal. These routes allow cyclists to explore the most emblematic places in the Serra, regardless of their experience or objective.
